(1) Meet the diagnostic criteria for hypertension;
(2) Aged 45-75 years, male or female;
(3) Informed and agreed to participate in the Baduanjin exercise.
(1) Secondary hypertension;
(2) Hypertension level 3, systolic blood pressure (SBP) >= 180mmHg or diastolic blood pressure (DBP) >= 110mmHg;
(3) Serious musculoskeletal problems lead to the inability to implement the Baduanjin exercise;
(4) Severe liver and kidney dysfunction;
(5) Suffering from mental illness;
(6) Those who use the sports of the Baduanjin and the others;
(7) Long-term use of micro-ecological preparations (such as yogurt) and antibiotics;
(8) Those who refuse to sign the informed consent form.
