入选标准
- •For Study Participants:
- •Anaesthesia residents with 6-12 months of training
- •For Patients undergoing surgery under general anaesthesia:
- •1. ASA I/II
- •2. 18-60 years
- •3. Surgery requiring arterial cannulation in elective surgery
排除标准
- •For Study Participants:
- •1.Participant refusal
- •2.Residents who are already trained in radial artery cannulation
- •3.Residents who have done >5 radial artery cannulations
- •For Patients:
- •1.Patient refusal
- •2.Abnormal modified Allenââ?¬•s test
- •3.Peripheral vascular disease
- •4.SBP <90 mm of Hg
- •5.BMI >30 kg/cm2
- •6.Patients with arrhythmia, tachycardia
- •7.Patients with any other contraindication for radial arterial cannulation
- •8.Local infection at site of cannulation
- •9.Patients with coagulopathy
- •10. Emergency surgery
