Inclusion Criteria

  • •1\.Patients undergoing general anaesthesia and requiring arterial cannulation
  • •2\.ASA status I, II or III
  • •3\.Age 18 years to 75 years

Exclusion Criteria

  • •1\.Patientâ??s refusal to participate
  • •2\.Hemodynamically unstable
  • •3\.Hematoma or local site infection
  • •4\.Known peripheral vascular disease or Raynaudâ??s phenomenon
