Inclusion Criteria
All Patients of either sex aged 18- 60 years of ASA physical status I-II undergoing elective thyroid surgery under general anesthes giving written informed consent.
Exclusion Criteria
Huge Goiter causing tracheal compression or dyspnea
Derranged thyroid function test
Obstructive sleep apnea syndrome
Epilepsy or seizures
Pregnancy and breast feeding
