Eligibility Criteria
Inclusion Criteria
- •All Patients of either sex aged 18\- 60 years of ASA physical status I\-II undergoing elective thyroid surgery under general anesthes giving written informed consent.
Exclusion Criteria
- •Huge Goiter causing tracheal compression or dyspnea
- •Derranged thyroid function test
- •Obstructive sleep apnea syndrome
- •Epilepsy or seizures
- •Pregnancy and breast feeding
