Inclusion Criteria
Patient of ASA physical status 1&2
Patient willing to participate.
Patient scheduled to undergo mastoid surgery in whom antiemetic is indicated.
Exclusion Criteria
Patient refusal to participate
Patient with known sensitivity to ondensetron or pregabalin
Patient on concomitant antiemetic medication
Pregnant or lactating female

Name Time Method Incidence of any nausea emetic episodes (retching or vomiting) or both (i.e postoperative nausea and vomiting) during the first 24 postoperative hours.Timepoint: 0-2 hrs, 2-24 hrs postoperative period
