Inclusion Criteria
All patients above the age of 18 years, fitting into criteria of Chronic Kidney Disease
Exclusion Criteria
Known hypothyroid patients.
Patient on dialysis.
Past history of anti-thyroid drugs/thyroid hormone replacement or any drugs altering thyroid functions like Corticosteroids, Amiodarone, Lithium, Propranolol.
History of recent trauma, surgery, burns or sepsis.
Patients undergone surgical removal of thyroid gland, or radioactive ablation of thyroid gland.
