入选标准
- •Participating NICUs must be integrated within a level I or level II perinatal center. Participation of each NICU requires that both the physician and nursing leader confirm to participate by sending back a valid declaration form.
- •Participants on the NICU level are physician and nursing staff. Participation requires staff to work on the NICU on a regular basis, meaning that only full-time staff or part-time workers with at least 50% of the regular working hours are included. Participants must be ranked among the NICU personnell, spare-men or staff that belongs to a cross-clinic personnell pool are hence not considered to particpate.
