Children of Indian origin resident in India from birth
Should be 6 years or older
Diagnosed with asthma by a paediatrician or pediatric pulmonologist
Currently prescribed with controller therapy of any variety including inhaled corticosteroids, leukotriene modifiers, LABA or quick-relief medications
Children with asthma whose parents / guardians have not provided informed consent
Children not definitively diagnosed with asthma (suspected but not confirmed)
Presence of any co-morbid condition likely to cause symptoms similar to asthma.
