Inclusion Criteria
• children diagnosed with episodic viral wheeze by a hospital-based paediatrician at an age of 4 yrs or younger
• current age 6-8 yrs
• capable of performing reproducible flow-volume curves and FeNO measurements
• speaks Dutch fluently
• Informed consent
Exclusion Criteria
• other chronic or acute illness that can influence the results
• Positive phadiatop test at age 4 yrs or younger
