Inclusion Criteria
Weight 40-70 kg.
Mouth opening 3 fingers width & above.
Thyromental distance of at least 6.5 cm.
American society of Anaesthesia grade I & II.
Exclusion Criteria
1. Patients with oral pathology.
2. Patients with neck flexion deformity.
3. Patients needing rapid sequence intubation.
4. Patient not willing for participation.

Name Time Method To assess efficacy of King vision video laryngoscope with Direct laryngoscope in terms of <br/ ><br> 1) Glottic exposure time.(T1) <br/ ><br> 2) Tube insertion time.(T2) <br/ ><br> 3) Total duration of intubation. (T1+T2) <br/ ><br> 4) Number of attempts. ( maximum 3) <br/ ><br> 5) Quality of visualization of glottic aperture. (Cormack and lehane grading). <br/ ><br> 6) Optimization maneuversTimepoint: 20 minutes
- Secondary Outcome Measures
Name Time Method To assess following parameters in two groups <br/ ><br> 1) Perioperative haemodyanamic response in terms of pulse, blood pressure & spo2 . <br/ ><br> 2) to assess complications in terms of <br/ ><br> - airway trauma( lips, tooth, tongue). <br/ ><br> - accidental oesophageal intubation. <br/ ><br>Timepoint: 20 minutes
