Inclusion Criteria
American society of anesthesiologist (ASA) I?II
18-70 years
either sex
elective total hip replacement or total knee replacement surgery under regional anaesthesia
Exclusion Criteria
ASA III-1V
Known hypersensitivity to any of the drug under study
Renal or hepatic insufficiency,
History of asthma, chronic pain, recent gastro duodenal ulcer, coagulopathy,
Previous cerebral vascular accident history
Recent myocardial infarction (within 1 year)
