Inclusion Criteria

- Women who desired for IUD insertion
- Aged of 18 to 45 years old
- BMI between 18.5 †30.0 kg/m2
- Agree to join the research

Exclusion Criteria

Women who contraindicated for IUD used
- Could not be ruled out pregnancy
- Had some degrees of physiological or anatomical distortion of uterus
- Recent pelvic inflammatory disease or prone to be
- Had confronted unexplained bleeding from genitalia
- Wilson’s disease
- Allergy to chemical agents in IUD
Contraindicated to etoricoxib used
- Allergy to chemical agents in the drug
- History of asthma
- Allergy to aspirin or others NSAIDs
- Heart failure
- Poor controlled high blood pressure (>140/90mmHg)
- History of ischemic heart, arteriole-venous disease, cerebrovascular disease and who had history of surgery of all above
- Used to have any medication which related to liver function
