18 to 99 (—)

Inclusion Criteria

  • •Inclusion criteria for patients diagnosed with ADHD off medication:
  • •- Adults diagnosed with ADHD according to DSM-IV-TR
  • •- Age of 18 years or older
  • •- Able to provide written informed consent;Inclusion criteria for patients diagnosed with ADHD on medication:
  • •- Adults diagnosed with ADHD according to DSM-IV-TR
  • •- Age of 18 years or older
  • •- Medicated with MPH as described by the psychiatry of the UMCG on an optimal dose.
  • •- Able to provide written informed consent

Exclusion Criteria

  • •Exclusion criteria for patients diagnosed with ADHD on and off medication:
  • •- Currently substance dependency
  • •- Severe psychiatric disorder or disease (e.g. psychosis, autisme, bipolar disorder, obsessive-compulsive disorder, social anxiety disorder)
  • •- Treatment with other psychotropic medicine
  • •- Any cerebral neurological diseases
