Inclusion Criteria

Patients need bilateral open sinus lift
The criteria for entering the study include the height of the remaining bone corset between the sinus floor and the bone cortex up to 3 mm.

Exclusion Criteria

allergies
acute sinus infection
chronic sinusitis
smoking
treatment with bisphosphonates
uncontrolled diabetes
pregnancy
