Inclusion Criteria
More than 30 % of the sites with periodontitis PROBING POCKET DEPTH OF 5MM OR MORE AND CLINICAL ATTACHMENT LOSS OF 3MM OR MORE ACCORDING TO AAP classification 2017
Atleast 20 teeth should be present
Systemically healthy individuals
Exclusion Criteria
Presence of any systemic conditions or debilitating diseases
Smokers,alcoholics pregnant or lactating women
A recent history or presence of any acute or chronic infections
Patients who had undergone periodontal therapy in the last 6 months
Patients who are paan tobacco betel nut users Patients who are physically or mentally challenged
