Inclusion Criteria
1. Patient fulfilling 2015 American College of Rheumatology criteria for adult early RA
2. Grey scale ultrasound finding of joint effusion and synovial hypertrophy without bone erosion
3. Age group : 18-50 years
Exclusion Criteria
1. Patient with wrist deformity
2. Thrombocytopenia (less than 1.8 lakhs /cumm)
3. Hypofibrinogenemia
4. Anticoagulation medications
5. Acute and chronic infections
6. Tubercular arthritis of wrist joint
7. Chronic liver disease
8. Patient who received corticosteroid injection in the last 6 weeks
9. Pregnancy
