Inclusion Criteria
1.Normal Healthy Subjects 18 years to 60 years of age.
2.Subjects willing to give written informed consent.
Exclusion Criteria
1.Subjects with active bone disease of any origin.
2.Presence of chronic diseases that affect vitamin D status such as malabsorption, chronic liver disease, renal impairment or nephritic syndrome
3.Use of vitamin D supplements, or drugs that can affect vitamin D metabolism such as anticonvulsants or corticosteroids
4.Family history of hypocalcemia or vitamin D disorders
5.Normal healthy subjects unwilling to give an informed consent for participation in the study
