1. Patients aged 40-80 years old;
2. Patients who entered the study within 48 hours before clinical diagnosis of acute ischemic stroke;
3. Subjects with a score of 5 to 15 at the National Institutes of Health Stroke Scale (NIH);
4. Patients with intracranial hemorrhage should be excluded in CT scan;
5. Subjects with no communication or cognitive impairment (MMSE score > 15).
1. Subjects with transient ischemic attack;
2. Subjects with a history of depression, psychosis, or serious drug abuse;
3. Subjects who received thrombolysis or acupuncture treatment in the first three months;
4. Subjects with dysphagia;
5. Subjects with cardiogenic embolism and expected cerebral artery angiogenesis;
6. History of stroke patients;
7. Subjects with severe liver or kidney dysfunction;
8. Subjects with coagulation disorders;
9. Subjects participating in other clinical trials;
10. Pregnant or lactating subjects.
