Inclusion Criteria
Diagnosed with PCOS by Rottadom Criteria
Aged between 18 to 45 years
BMI below 45
Physician approval for selected patient.
Able to read
Willingness to provide informed consent and to visit hospital for follow up
Exclusion Criteria
Any pre existing condition or contraindications for example CAD, abnormal creatinine levels, liver dysfunction
Immunosuppressant cases
Bedridden patients and patients due for operations
Enrolled in other active intervention research studies
Post menopausal women
Women with hysterectomy
Smoking or drug addicts or with psychiatric illness
