Exclusion Criteria
Patients who are allergic to the drugs used in study, Pregnant women, Patients with Obstructive Sleep Apnea

Name Time Method TO COMPARE EFFICACY BETWEEN TWO DRUGS BASED ON FOLLOWING PARAMETERS: procedural interference, time taken for first rescue bolus, hemodynamics and pain score. <br/ ><br> <br/ ><br>To compare surgeon satisfaction , patient satisfaction between two groups.Timepoint: every 3 minutes till the end of the procedure.
