Inclusion Criteria
Children scheduled for elective surgical procedures under general anaesthesia with a supraglottic airway device and caudal block.
Exclusion Criteria
-Known congenital heart disease
-Comorbid respiratory illness.
-Preoperative total gut irrigation or intravenous fluids
-Refusal of consent
-Allergic to anaesthetic agents
