Eligibility Criteria
Inclusion Criteria
- •1\. Diagnosis of bipolar disorder currently in remission (no episodes in the past 3 months).
- •First degree relatives:
- •1\. Parent/ biological siblings/ offspring of patients with bipolar disorder.
- •2\. No history of psychiatric illness or current diagnosis.
- •Healthy Controls:
- •1\. SRQ 20 score of below 6
Exclusion Criteria
- •1\. No past history or current diagnosis of any other psychiatric condition excluding tobacco dependence syndrome.
- •2\. No family or personal history of neurological conditions.
- •First degree relatives:
- •1\. No history of neurological conditions
- •2\. SRQ 20 score of 6 and above
- •Healthy controls:
- •1\. No family or personal history of any neurological conditions or psychiatric conditions
- •2\. SRQ 20 score of 6 and above
