Eligibility Criteria
Inclusion Criteria
- •1\) Medial compartment osteoarthritis patients with varus deformity scheduled for bi\-planar medial opening wedge high tibial osteotomy. (age under 65 years old)
- •2\) Patients who have voluntarily participated in a clinical trial and has signed an agreement.
Exclusion Criteria
- •1\) Genu valgum
- •2\) Severe deformity need to double level osteotomy including distal femoral osteotomy
- •3\) Lateral compartment osteoarthritis
- •4\) Inflammatory arthritis (Rheumatoid arthritis or grout, pseudogrout, etc.)
- •5\) Previous cruciate reconstruction history or combined cruciate ligament reconstruction
- •6\) Deformity due to previous fracture history around knee joint
- •7\) Cognitive dysfunction (such as dementia)
