入选标准
- •1) Knee osteoarthritis patients with varus deformity scheduled for total knee arthroplasty, older than 60 years
- •2) Patients who has voluntarily participated in a clinical trial and has signed an agreement
排除标准
- •1) Genu valgum
- •2) Severe deformity ( Genu vara > 15', Flexion contracture > 20')
- •3) Bone defact more than > 5mm
- •4) Inflammatory arthritis (Rheumatoid arthritis or Gaout, pseudogout, etc.)
- •5) Revision TKA
- •6) Conversion TKA following osteotomy or unicompartmental knee arthroplasty
- •7) There was not intact PCL(posterior cruciate ligament)
- •8) Cognitive dysfunction (such as dementia)
