1. Adult patient of 19 years old or more receiving elective unilateral thoracic surgery .
2. Patients with american society of anesthesiologist physical status 1 or 2
1. body mass index (BMI) < 18.5kg/m2 or BMI > 35 kg/m2,
2. significant thoracic cage deformity due to spine disease or other medical problems
3. history of tracheostomy
4. predicted difficult airway which need other strategy than usual direct laryngoscope or video laryngoscope,
5. history of any type of pulmonary resection
6. pleural disease such as pleural effusion and tuberculous pleurisy or had received pleurodesis.
