- •American society of anesthesiologist physical status grade I and II
- •Patients posted for elective and emergency lower abdominal and lower limb surgeries
- •Patients with valid informed consent
排除标准
- •Patients with contraindication to regional anesthesia
- •Patients with deformities of spine
- •Patients with thyroid disease,history of convulsions,multiple allergies,pregnancy, uncooperative patients and patients requiring blood transfusion
