入排标准
入选标准
- •1)Patients scheduled for laparoscopic surgeries under general anaesthesia.
- •2)Patients who are able to provide informed and written consent.
- •3)Patients with ASA status I,II,III
排除标准
- •1)Who refuse to give written and informed consent.
- •2)Age less than 4 year old.
- •3)Haemodynamically unstable (patient in shock or on vasopressor support).
- •4)Induction agent other than propofol is used.
- •5)Positive history of drug allergy/allergy to study drugs.
- •6)Patient with middle ear infection and operated for middle ear problems
- •7)Patient on steroid therapy or opioid therapy, or medications causing nausea/vomiting
- •8)Pregnant and lactating patient.
- •9)Patient taking apomorphine .
- •10)Patients who had received antiemetic drugs within 24 h before anesthesia
