Inclusion Criteria
1. ASA physical status II or III
2. BMI <=30 kg/m2
3. age more than or equal 18 years old
4. singleton
5. term preganancy (GA more than or equal 37 weeks)
Exclusion Criteria
1. ondansetron injection less than 10 mins before SA
2. cerebrovascular disease
3. complicated pregnancy (eg. placenta previa, abruptio placantae)
4. major fetal anomalies
5. history of monoamine oxidase inhibitor (MAOI) use
6. other drugs administration before baby delivery
