Inclusion Criteria
Age group between 19 to 25 years.
Recreational female badminton players playing at least once a week
Players volunteering to participate in the study.
Exclusion Criteria
Recent trauma in the past 6 months.
Participants should be pain free at the time of testing.
History of any orthopedic surgery.
Conditions where dynamic and static stretching warm up are contraindicated
