Inclusion Criteria
Adult patients of either sex aged between 18 - 60 years
Patients belonging to ASA class I - II posted for elective lower abdominal surgeries.
Exclusion Criteria
Pregnant and lactating females.
BMI Ë? 30kg/m2
Patients allergic to local anesthetics and dexamethasone
Patients having local site infections
Patients having any bleeding coagulopathy disorders

Name Time Method To compare the efficacy of addition of dexamethasone to levobupivacaine in terms of duration of block and time for first rescue analgesia based on visual analogue scale. <br/ ><br>Timepoint: 1st,2nd, 4th, 8th, 16th and 24th hours
