To provide post operative pain relief in patients undergoing lumbar vertebral laminectomies by using erector spinae block with levobupivacaine and bupivacaine along with dexmedetomidine and there comparison between two groups under ultrasound guidance

Inclusion Criteria
1) ASA grade I – II patients
2) Aged 18 – 65 years
3) Patients willing to participate
4) Patients undergoing lumbar laminectomies and discectomies.
Exclusion Criteria
1) Patient who refused to participate
2) Morbidly obese patients
3) Pregnancy
4) Severe hepatic insufficiency
5) Severe renal insufficiency
6) Spinal deformities
7) Drug allergies used in the study
8) Cardiac or respiratory compromise
9) Coagulation profile abnormalities
10) Patients on beta blockers
11) Patients with neurological deficit
