Inclusion Criteria
1. Low back pain more than 6 months
2. Visual analog scales 4 or higher
3. 18-60 years old
Exclusion Criteria
1. Non-mechanical low back pain due to neoplasia, inflammatory arthritis or infection
2. Lumbar fracture or history of lumbar surgery and epidural steroid injection
3. Need lumbar surgery for treatment
4. Pacemaker or implanted electrical device
5. History of seizure, pregnancy, malignancy
6. Cognitive impairment or cannot follow up
