Inclusion Criteria

1.Diabetic patient
2. 18-75 yr
3. HbA1c <10.0% within 90 day
4. patient with Neuropathic foot pain according to Douleur neuropathique 4 questions (DN4)
5. VAS > 4
6. informed consent form

Exclusion Criteria

1. Contraindication to PMS
2. Patients with foot ulcer of peripheral arterial disease
3. Other cause of neuropathic pain
4. A communication disorder
5.Psychological patient
6.Not willing to participate
7. Decreased sensation in feet
