Inclusion Criteria
Patients undergoing elective coronary artery bypass graft surgery.
Exclusion criteria: Ejection fraction percentage less than 35 %; patients who need reoperation in the first 24 hours after the surgery; Drug Addiction; Patients with informed refusal after the explanation of the procedures.

Name Time Method The intensity of analgesia. Timepoint: First 24 hours after surgery. Method of measurement: Visual analogue scale.;Systolic blood pressure. Timepoint: First 24 hours after surgery. Method of measurement: In millimeters of mercury using mercury manometer.;Diastolic blood pressure. Timepoint: First 24 hours after surgery. Method of measurement: In millimeters of mercury using mercury manometer.;Mean arterial pressure. Timepoint: First 24 hours after surgery. Method of measurement: (twice systolic blood pressure+diastolic blood pressure in millimeters of mercury and by mercury barometer) Divided by 2.
