Inclusion Criteria
latent myofascial trigger point of upper trapezius muscle participants and age between 25 50 years old
Exclusion Criteria
fibromyalgia acute infectious of upper trapezius muscle serious circulatory problem of upper trapezius muscle cervical radiculopathy cervical myelopathy whiplash injury cervical spondylosis
