Inclusion Criteria
Thirty spastic cerebral palsy children level II according to GMFCS (Gross motor function classification system) selected from the outpatient clinic of the faculty of physical therapy Cairo University, their developmental age ranged from 9 month according to Peabody developmental motor scales, Degree of spasticity ranged from 1 to 1+ according to Modified Ashworth Scale Instructions.
Exclusion Criteria
1. Hypersensitivity to tape
2. Fixed Contractures in the calf Muscle
