Pain onset not more than 10 days,
Single incidence,
Decreased hip abductor and external ratator strength,
Decreased hip internal rotation range of motion,
Unilateral involvement of piriformis muscle,
Visual analogue scale score more than 5 point,
Positive FAIR test,
Positive SLR test,
Positive PACE sign.
History of fracture or dislocation in spine and lower limb,
Any pathology or recent injuries around sacroiliac joint, hip joint and knee joint,
Pain radiating from spine, sacroiliac joint and hip joint,
Limb length discrepancy,
Trigger points in piriformis muscle,
Any deformities in spine and lower limb
