All the patients admitted in the age group 1 month to 18 years on mechanical ventilation in Paediatric Intensive Care Unit
Exclusion Criteria
Patients in whom a specific method of endotracheal suction is ordered by physician

Name Time Method 1)Diference in complication like endotracheal tube obstruction , hemodynamic instability & physiological parameters changes due to endotracheal tube suction by using closed endotracheal suction or open endotracheal suction. <br/ ><br>2) Detection of the causative microorganism <br/ ><br>3)Checking the antibiotic sensitivity pattern <br/ ><br>4)Morbidity & mortality associated with each groupTimepoint: 96 hours
