Healthy volunteers
Age more than 18 years
Normal baseline complete blood count parameters
Exclusion Criteria
Volunteers with anaemia or thrombocytopenia
Volunteers with Red cell membrane disorder
Volunteers with Platelet function defects
Volunteers on antiplatelet and anticoagulation medications
