- •1.American society of anesthesiologists physical status 1 and 2 female patients posted for elective laparoscopic hysterectomy
- •2.Patients undergoing laparoscopic hysterectomy under general anaesthesia.
- •3.Aged between 20 and 60 years
- •4.Valid informed/explained consent
排除标准
- •1.Patient refusing to participate in the study.
- •2.Patient with history of chronic pain.
- •3.Patient with renal, hepatic or cardiac diseases.
- •4.Patients on opioids ,MAO inhibitors, benzoodiazipines or steroids. 5.History of alcohol or substance abuse.
