Eligibility Criteria
Inclusion Criteria
- •1\. Patients of above 18years.
- •2\. Patients belonging to ASA grading I and II.
- •3\. Patients undergoing only hip fracture (neck of femur fracture ,intertrochanteric fracture, subtrochanteric fracture)surgeries.
Exclusion Criteria
- •1\. Patients having contraindication for subarachnoid block.
- •2\. Infection at the site of block.
- •3\. Any history of allergic to study drugs.
- •4\. Patients on term analgesic for chronic pain.
- •5\. Patient with coagulopathy.
- •6\. Conversion to general anesthesia during surgeries.
- •7\. Patients having multiple trauma.
- •8\. Pregnant patients.
