patients undergoing elective surgery with general anesthesia
- laparoscopic cholecystectomy or transurethral bladder resection
- ASA PS classification > III
- ambulatory surgery
- unable to measure blood pressure at the upper arm non-invasively, or at radial artery invasively
- chronic alcoholics
- BMI = 30
- Hypersensitivity to remimazolam, propofol, remifentanil, ephedrine, rocuronium, sugammadex
- Child-Turcotte-Pugh Class C
- acute narrow angle glaucoma
- mild cognitive disorder or more severe cognitive disorder
- can not understand the informed consent form or lacks decision-making capacity
