Inclusion Criteria
a.Patients within age group of 30-55 years.
b. Participants maintaining good oral hygiene after completion of
scaling and root planing.
c.Stage III and IV periodontitis patients with at least four non-adjacent teeth with probing depth =5 mm.
Exclusion Criteria
a.Patients with chronic diseases such as diabetes mellitus, arthritis,
thyroid disorder, etc.
b.Patients using protective or orthodontic appliances
c.Patients who are smokers or using any other tobacco products.
d. Female patients who are pregnant and lactating.
e Patients who are allergic to doxycycline and metronidazole
