Eligibility Criteria

Inclusion Criteria

  • 1\. age,18 or greater
  • 2\. general, gynecological, otolaryngological, plastic, and urological surgery
  • 3\. use of inhalation anesthetic (desflurane or sevoflurane
  • 4\. February 1 to August 31, 2021

Exclusion Criteria

  • 1\. Missing clinical information (including demographic, past medical history, use of vasopressor infusion, transfusion, emergency, intraoperative fluid input, intraoperative opioid use)
  • 2\. Missing or interrupted vital record
  • 3\. Vital records without information regarding inhalation anesthetic, perfusion index, blood pressure
  • 4\. combined surgery
