入选标准
- •>Acute (symptomonset <24h) stroke in the territory of the medial cerebral artery (MCA) territory
- •--> subacute stroke (symptomonset >24h-14d)
- •--> chronic stroke (> 14d)
- •--> < 2/3 infarction of the medial cerebral artery (MCA) territory
- •--> Age 50-85
- •--> NIHSS =2
排除标准
- •--> contraindications for MRI (e.g. magnetic implants, pacemaker)
- •--> claustrophobia
- •--> critical clinical condition
- •--> missing capacitiy to contract (loss of conciousness, severe aphasia)
- •--> infarct in the posterior circulation
- •--> hypothyreosis
- •--> allergic reaction on contrast agent
- •--> renal failure (creatinin clearance >0,9 mg/dl)
