Primary Outcome Measures
NameTimeMethod
We are expecting a positive co-relation between indices observed by transcranial doppler for altered cerebral blood flow and rScO2 for regional cerebral tissue oxygenation in patient with sepsis induced encephalopathy.Timepoint: We are expecting a positive co-relation in data observed by two different modality i.e. transcranial doppler for altered cerebral blood flow and rScO2 for regional cerebral tissue oxygenation in patient with sepsis induced encephalopathy at baseline, day1,day2,day3,day4 and day 5.
Secondary Outcome Measures
NameTimeMethod
overall impact of altered blood flow and oxygenation to the brain in terms of altered mental status i. e. decline in baseline GCS, ICU CAM score and MMSE.Timepoint: Assessment of alterations in mental status changes with respect to changes in cerebral tissue oxygenation and cerebral blood flow in Patient of septic encephalopathy with help of GCS, MMSE, ICUCAM score at baseline and day 5.
