A. Patients with carotid artery stenosis undergoing carotid artery stenting or internal carotid endarterectomy, and patients with moyamoya disease or stenosis of the intracranial internal carotid/middle cerebral arteries undergoing vascular anastomosis. (Patients with stenosis of the intracranial internal carotid/middle cerebral arteries included only in cases of double-barrel operation, where vascular anastomosis is performed in two locations.)
B. Adults aged 19 years and older.
C. Patients who understand the necessity of the study and voluntarily agree to participate in the research.
In the case of patients with cerebrovascular diseases, individuals diagnosed and discovered with moyamoya disease that is hemorrhagic rather than ischemic will be excluded.
