Inclusion Criteria

Informed consent
Patients 45 to 80 years old
Candidate patients for coronary artery surgery

Exclusion Criteria

Patients with physical conditions higher than grade 3, based on the classification of the American Society of Anesthesiologists(ASA>3)
Acute infection
Steroid users
Vascular problems
Non-sinusoidal rhythm
Complete branch block
Myocardial infarction
Recent third-degree block (in the last month)
Severe pulmonary disease (based on the doctor's opinion and the use of pulmonary drugs)
Kidney disorders (creatinine more than 1.5)
Hematocrit less than 30%
Discharge fraction less than 40%
