1. End stage renal disease patients undergoing chronic hemodialysis vintage more than 3
months.
2. Adults over 18 years old.
3. Patients who like a food with more water Exp. soup noodle.
4. Systolic Blood Pressure more than 140 mmHg or Diastolic Blood Pressure more than 90
mmHg.
5. Not to change of hypertensive drug less than 1 month.
6. Interdialytic weight gain more than 1 kg/day
7. Sign a consent form
1. Patients with Bed ridden
2. Patients with loss of conscious or not full conscious
3. Patients with Unstable Hemodynamics
4. Patients with Hypertensive Emergency Systolic Blood Pressure more than 200 mmHg or Diastolic
Blood Pressure more than 120 mmHg.
5. Patients with Limb Amputation
6. Patients with Advance Malignancy
7. Patients with waiting list KT in 6 months
8. Not to sign a consent form
